Today, Tom will be released from the hospital! He is ready for more rest and relaxation. Although they are being released today, they can not go far from the hospital. Tom will have daily testing and therapy in the hospital for several more weeks. Release day is full of scheduling these appointments and learning how and when to administer the many medications.
Managing Tom’s pain will be challenging and he will be more mobile going to and from the hospital. More than the pain we pray that he has peace and confidence leaving the hospital. Praying they can calmly handle any challenges in this journey. One week will be in temporary hotel stay and followed up by renting a home for the next month.
Excited for release and feeling free of all the wires and tubes.
Praise God for an early release and for getting Tom through this.
