Day 4-No More O2!

Nights seem to be the worst right now. They are monitoring him for reactions to his medications. This morning Tom was allowed to take of his oxygen nasal canula. Most of the day was spent sitting up in a chair. He took a walk half way around the unit (240) and washed up some. Today started some solid foods and being able get up for short walks in the room. Ending the day he did a second walk all the way around the unit (400). He had a big day that wore him out quite a bit with some much needed early rest. When his pain is managed Tom can be seen smiling and even trying to be silly with guests and nurses. He even made a special call to his sunday school group by facetime to tell them all hello. Huge praise to God for Tom’s continued improvements in this journey. Thank you all for your continued prayers and all those who have donated. We are Tom’s Tribe.
